CollegeCore Pathfinder: Build your roadmap to college

Choosing the right subjects, major, and university is one of the biggest decisions in a student’s journey — yet too often, students begin late, without the clarity they need to succeed.

That’s where CollegeCore Pathfinder comes in.

This one-time roadmap session helps students in Grades 9–11 gain early direction and confidence by:

Choosing the right subjects and major – guided by our proprietary psychometric aptitude test, designed specifically for high school students.
Planning standardized testing timelines – SAT, ACT, TMUA, IELTS, TOEFL, APs, etc., customized to target countries.
Building a strong academic & extracurricular profile – with tailored recommendations, including subject-specific competitions, Olympiads, and initiatives.
Suggesting an indicative global university list – spanning multiple countries, aligned with the student’s strengths, interests, and aspirations.

Following the aptitude test, Mrs. Urvashi Malik will hold an in-depth session with the student and parents to present a personalized strategy. Families also receive the Pathfinder Docket, a detailed roadmap for your child’s academic journey.

Pathfinder is designed for students in Grades 9–11 who want clarity about their future direction — whether it’s choosing subjects, planning standardised tests, or exploring global university options.

Pathfinder is a one-time, stand-alone service. It includes an aptitude test, a detailed roadmap session, and a personalised docket. Unlike our full enrollment, it does not involve ongoing handholding, essay support, or regular meetings.

Once you register, the student will take our in-house aptitude test. Our team will analyze the results, and then we’ll schedule a roadmap meeting with the student and parents led by Mrs Urvashi Malik.

Yes. If you choose to continue with CollegeCore for full counselling, your Pathfinder fee will be adjusted against the enrollment cost (within 6 months of the Pathfinder meeting).

You will receive an indicative list of global universities and programs aligned with your aptitude and interests. This is meant to provide direction, not serve as the final application list.

At the end of the Pathfinder session, you’ll gain clarity on your strengths and interests, a personalized roadmap for your high school years, guidance on which academic and extracurricular activities to prioritize, and early exposure to global university options across different countries.
